BSAD 471 - Corporate Financial Analysis and Reporting

Prerequisites: MATH 270, BSAD 320 or consent of instructor.
Study of the problems of organization, capital structure, working capital, portfolio theory, consolidation and reorganization of corporationsfrom the viewpoint of management. A thorough evaluation of the financial analysis and problems of corporations emphasized.
